My Mtg. originator Jared (Tawzer) went far and above what I expected from a loan officer. My situation (fair credit but a well paying job, and savings) was taken into consideration, and Jared was able to get me into an FHA loan with 3.5% down and a VERY manageable mortgage in my desired location and minutes from work! FHA loans require a lot of verifiable documentation (most of us are unfamiliar with), but Jared via txt, email & phone helped me make sense of it all.
